Customer Service Quality Engineer
Buhler Group in Casablanca, Morocco is looking for a passionate Quality Engineer to join our Customer Service Operations team. This position will be responsible for ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction through effective management of customer complaints, warranty cases, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leads one of the most important pillars of the customer-facing organization, supporting customers through the effective handling of complaints received via the CAQ system.
- Responsible for the operational lead and continuous development of the Warranty Management process for Bühler customers.
- Responsible for the performance and service excellence of the Complaint Management and Sales Return processes, including the monitoring and achievement of related KPIs.
- Drives sustainable solutions for recurring customer complaints through the implementation of the 8D methodology across all Bühler business units.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering/food Processing/Food Technology/ or related field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in Quality Department in services or project management industry.
- Knowledge of Quality concepts (RCA, CAPA/8D Methodologies & ISO QMS) & Basic knowledge of finance.
- International working experience is a preferred.
