Department Manager Process Technology
As the Department Manager Process Technology you lead the global process technology initiatives in Animal Nutrition, focusing on applied projects, research & development, and knowledge transfer. You ensure international know-how accessibility, drive internal and external training, manage technology summits and support global technology hubs. Have we piqued your interest? - You develop and implement technology strategies for animal nutrition project and plant processes worldwide and drive applied research, development, and project technology to advance processes, requipments and application solutions
- You guarantee safe and structured access to technical know-how for all internal and external stakeholders. Therefore you are responsible for organizing, leading, and supporting training sessions and workshops, ensuring comprehensive technology transfer
- You initiate and lead the bi-yearly Global Technology Summit, engage various stakeholders, share best practices, and strength the global knowledge network
- You support the establishment and continuous improvement of regional/global technology hubs for Animal Nutrition
- You provide expertise to start-up and commissioning engineers, ensure effective implementation and troubleshooting at customer sites through supporting to a professional technical team
- You actively participate in the Animal Nutrition management team, contributing to strategic direction, investment decisions, and business development
- Advanced university degree in mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or similar fields
- Demonstrated experience in applied research and development, project realization and know-how transfer
- Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to guide dispersed, diverse teams
- Skilled in organizing international summits, workshops and technology initiatives
- Ability to teach/ train, support, and connect with internal and external partners
- Good communication skills in English and German
