Field Service Engineer
The role plays an important part in ensuring sustainable customer service is provided.
The Field Service Engineer will be based in our client's site.
- Support and resolve customer site issues - troubleshooting and breakdown calls
- AMC/ASC: Plan and schedule maintenance visits and spare parts replacement works.
- Inspection of wear parts and product quality measurement – identifying critical parts & normal wear parts - advice the customer on stock maintenance
- Perform onsite inspection, installation and commissioning of equipment / machines, troubleshooting and customer training of Buhler products
- Promote and support after sales activities with active spare parts and retrofit upgrade sales
- Regular communication with customer representatives from technician to management level
- Liaise with production sites and regional team for technical support and back up
- Adapt to work scheduling requirements independently depending on the situation and work load
- Creation and documentation of clear and concise technical / service / takeover / commissioning
- Minimum 2-3 years experiences regarding customer service, troubleshooting and plant commissioning.
- 2-3 years Products and process knowledge.
- Good Communication skill
- Good reporting and presenting.
- Confidence and ability to work independently.
- Hard working and under pressure.
- Knowledge installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning works.
- Work with team member and good communication with them.
- Customer supports via online/Mobile/Social media.
- Ability to troubleshoot machine problem.
- Good written and speaking communication in English language.
- Ability to communicate varies counties people to send actual massage.
