- 在客户现场负责设备安装，调试，维修工作;
- 发现客户痛点，提供布勒的解决方案，并组织实施;
- 跨部门沟通，协调内部资源解决客户现场疑难问题;
- 结合经验建立标准化文档，提高服务效率；
- 通过电话、邮件、传真等形式，为客户提供技术支持；
- 与客户保持良好的沟通和联系,主动定期拜访客户;
These are the skills you'll need
- 大专以上学历，机械、粮食加工相关专业;
- 机械、液压等相关知识积累丰富、机械技能扎实；
- 具备电气基础知识，能解决常规电气问题；
- 从事五年以上粮食加工设备维护相关经验者优先；
- 具备基本的英语读写能力;
- 良好的MS Office软件应用能力;
- 有较强的动手能力，愿意在压力下工作，能适应超过200天/年的出差频率;
- 开朗，诚实可信，乐于沟通，工作认真积极，乐于团队合作;
- 有良好的自我学习能力，并能积极主动学习，不断提高自我技能。
