Head of Technology - Rice Solutions
Buhler Group in Bangalore, India is looking for a passionate professional to join our team as Head of Technology - RS (Rice Solution). This position will be responsible for executing Process complexity on Plant level & Machine level, considering
the vast variety of rice types, markets, requirements and service projects in line with Bühler processes and strategy, with full accountability for project.
- Process, Technology & Plant & Service know-how
- Creation of competitive advantages via advanced processes
- Identification & quantification of real customer values
- Knowledge and driving improvements via objective & data-
- Definition of global handbook and technology data
- (Change) Management in a cross-cultural environment
- Competitor analysis
- Experience and understanding of global rice market
- University degree with major in Engineering or Process Industry
- Strong knowledge in rice processing technology
- 5 ~10 years of relevant experience within process technology in
- Able to transfer customer requirements into relevant process
