- Be responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, and final handover in accordance with technical agreements, drawings, and project schedules, ensuring on-time project delivery.根据技术协议、图纸及项目计划，负责设备安装、调试及最终交付，确保项目按期完成。
- Coordinate on-site activities during production line installation and commissioning, monitor equipment performance and test results, and prepare relevant technical documentation and reports.负责生产线现场协调与调试工作，跟踪设备运行及测试结果，并编制相关技术报告。
- Respond promptly to technical issues arising during customer production, provide both on-site and remote technical support, and help ensure stable production operations.及时响应并解决客户生产过程中的技术问题，提供现场及远程技术支持，保障生产稳定运行。
- Work closely with Laboratory, Sales, Engineering, and other relevant functions to provide technical support and facilitate effective execution of projects and customer requirements.与实验室、销售及工程等相关部门保持紧密协作，提供必要的技术支持，推动项目和客户需求顺利落实。
- Bachelor's or higher degree，Electrical, mechanical or a related background,本科及以上学历，有电气或机械相关背景。
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the assembly, commissioning, or after-sales service of twin-screw extruders or lithium battery slurry preparation equipment.3年以上大型工业设备装配、调试或售后服务相关工作经验。
- Experience in lithium-ion battery cathode/anode slurry mixing processes, such as LFP, NCM, and graphite systems, is considered a strong advantage.有锂离子电池正负极浆料混浆工艺经验者优先。
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and electrical schematics, with a good foundation in mechanical fitting and electrical skills.能够读懂机械图纸和电气原理图，并具备良好的钳工基础及电工知识。
- Ability to write and read English英语熟练。
- Familiar with commonly used office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.熟悉基本办公软件的操作。
- Hard working， strong practical ability.吃苦耐劳，有较强的动手能力
- Good team-working and capability of working independently. 有团队精神及独立工作能力。
- Good at find out problems, analyze the reason and solve problems.善于发现问题，分析原因并解决问题。
- Strong initiative and learning willingness.较强的主动性和学习精神。
- Strong ability to work under pressure and willing to travel long-term.有很强的抗压能力并且愿意长期出差。
- Good at data analysis and logical reasoning.善于数据分析，逻辑推理。
- Communication skills, service oriented and strong sense of responsibility.良好的沟通及服务技巧，有责任心。
