International Sales Manager Nuts Processing
Are you passionate about growing markets, developing people, and leading sales success in a dynamic international environment? As International Sales Manager Nuts Processing, you will play a key role in driving profitable growth by leading and coaching Customer Relationship Managers, expanding customer relationships, and developing new business opportunities. You will work closely with regional sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent commercial execution and sustainable business growth in the Nuts Processing segment.
- You lead, coach, and develop Customer Relationship Managers to achieve ambitious growth targets and strengthen sales capabilities
- You manage and grow strategic customer relationships while supporting complex sales opportunities, negotiations, and solution development
- You identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and market trends to drive sustainable growth and provide actionable market intelligence
- You collaborate with the Head of Market Segment Nuts, Chocolate & Flavor Creation sales leadership, and internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies
- You ensure sales excellence through effective cross-functional collaboration, technical enablement of the sales team, and high-quality CRM data and reporting
- Proven success in technical B2B sales, account management, or business development within capital equipment, process technology, food processing, or related industries
- Experience in a customer-facing commercial role, such as Sales Manager, Senior Customer Relationship Manager or Key Account Manager
- Technical know-how in food processing and industrial processing technologies, with the ability to support customers in complex commercial and technical discussions
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiation
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with fluency in English; additional languages (German, Spanish) are an advantage
