Internship: Product and Process Development in the Food Creation Center
Do you want to work hands-on in product and process development and deliver measurable results? At our Food Creation Center, you will conduct well-structured experimental series and contribute to advancing our technologies and training formats in bars, wafers, biscuits, and bread.
- Plan and execute experimental series to optimize ingredients, formulations, and process parameters for bar, wafer, biscuit, and bread applications
- Systematically collect and analyze performance data (e.g., texture, firmness, process windows, processing temperatures)
- Derive technological recommendations for processing different ingredient categories and functional systems
- Document results and prepare clear, decision-ready reports for product and process decisions
- Collaborate closely with the Food Creation Center team on technology trials and pilot runs
- Contribute to the development of new cross-technology training content for the Food Creation Center
- Completed studies in Food Technology, Nutrition Science, Process Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
- Alternatively: Completed vocational training as a Food Technology Specialist with an advanced qualification as a Master Craftsperson or Technician in the food sector
- Basic understanding of ingredient functionality and key process parameters in food manufacturing
- Proficient in MS Office; ideally experience with data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel)
- Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written)
- Structured, meticulous working style; strong organizational skills and systems thinking
- Communicative, proactive, and curious
