Lead Automation Engineer
This is where you'll excel
- Supports and advises Project Engineers on projects, on all technical belonging related to his specialization, and ensure that design will meet he customers' expectations.
- Develop and implement demanding automation projects in the field of plant control systems.
- Define the software concept based on the documentation and specifications.
- Project planning and controlling
- Responsibility for budget, schedule, and quality
- Coordination of the various project stakeholders (customers, sales, mechanical engineering, technology)
- Participate in Project Reviews as support of the Project Manager/ Director if required
- Actively participate in project meetings with cross - functional team members, suppliers, and/or customers
- Program and test PLC software in accordance with standard guidelines
- Carry out commissioning of plant control systems both domestically and abroad
These are the skills you'll need
- Graduate of Engineering or any related Degree
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience or proof of sufficient skills
- Experience in industrial process automation and in implementing PLC-based control systems is an advantage
- Proven experience in designing and implementing automation solutions
- Proficient in PLC and HMI systems (Siemens S7 / TIA Portal)
- Skilled in technical documentation and specification writing
- Professional experience in project management
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel
