This is where you'll excel
  • Execute Spare Part and Service Order Processing for South East Asia region.
  • Arrange and coordinate with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) on freight deliveries from vendor to customer through Courier Service, Sea freight, Airfreight or Local Trucking.
  • Provide customer service to internal office and direct customers on their enquiry.
  • Follow up Account Receivable with Customers with the objective of maintaining good credit performance.
  • Manage trade instrument and shipping document for D/P, D/A, Letter of Credits, Prepayment and Credit Terms.
  • Manage Return of Material Process.
  • Attend to customer feedback, complaint and request for service remedy.
These are the skills you'll need
  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain or order fulfilment environment.
  • Strong PC and software knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office.
  • Knowledge of SAP (SD Module, Stock, Procurement).
  • Good knowledge in incoterm and freight management.
  • Provide efficient and effective Customer Service to internal and external Customers.
  • Responsible for South East Asia region Order Processing and Shipping arrangement.
  • Ensure on-time delivery based on customer request delivery date.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with Manufacturing Factory or external suppliers.
  • Possess Prioritization Skills and Ability to make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
  • Possess Team Player ability.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Natural influencer, capable of conveying concepts and ideas.
  • Manage 3PL performance.
