- 根据项目销售的要求，制定工作计划
- 开拓市场，开发新的项目类客户
- 支持销售工程师收集客户信息，协调公司内部资源，提供完整的交流资料
- 协作销售工程师与客户的工程洽谈直至项目签订
- 召开HOM会议移交工程部
- 收集，整理并报告市场信息
These are the skills you'll need
- 本科及以上学历，粮食工程、机械设计与工程、食品工程或相关专业背景，硕士研究生优先。
- 具备 3–5 年面粉行业销售经验，或制粉工程设计、食品工厂设计相关经验；具备 4–5 年面粉厂制粉师经验者亦可考虑。
- 熟悉面粉、制粉或食品工厂相关业务流程，能够为客户提供工程咨询、技术方案支持及初步项目规划。
- 具备一定的合同理解和转化能力，能够在必要支持下将客户需求、合同内容转化为内部执行要求。
- 具备良好的英语沟通和书面表达能力，能够进行基本商务交流及文件处理。
- 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件及 CAD 软件，能够支持日常销售、方案、图纸及项目文件处理。
- 具备较强的问题识别、分析和解决能力，能够整合内外部信息及资源，应对复杂情况并推动目标达成。
- 具备良好的商业判断和决策能力，能够根据项目销售进展、客户需求和可用资源，及时作出合理判断和行动建议。
- 具备团队管理、协调和激励能力，能够推进工作、支持团队成员，并在必要时说服团队或作出较困难的决定。
- 目标导向强，积极主动，适应能力好，能够接受经常性出差并适应不同工作环境
