Production Engineer生产工程师（生产制造）
This is where you'll excel
- To Independently transfer BOM of whole machine, and define MAKE or BUY list. Maintain MBOM and routing in SAP. 独立确定，转化整机BOM 结构，制定合理的制购清单,维护MBOM和工艺
- Be responsible to create or improve process, work hours , familiar with process of sheet metal and machining parts. 编制与优化工艺流程，工时制定，熟悉钣金与金加工工艺流程
- Order management: Check and Maintain MBOM, include BOM modification, OBOM creation and modification to ensure order running.订单管理，检查与维护MBOM,包括BOM更改，OBOM的创建于更改，确保订单流传
- To make new production introduction, coordinate with relevant department to ensure project is going ahead(focus on delivery, cost, quality). 新产品项目的导入，协调各部门确保项目顺利进行（关注货期，成本，质量）
- To effectively organize or lead implement of cost reduction project .有效组织或者领导降本项目的实施
- To support TS project implement on site,支持现场的精益生产活动
- To support quality improvement with quality people, support in supplier side, if necessary.支持质量部门的质量改善，如果需要，需要到供应商进行支持
- Create SOP under support from quality people and operator 在质量与现场的帮助下，创建标准作业指导书
- Follow up manufacturing problem and quality problem to find solution.负责对生产中遇到的制造和质量问题的跟进和方案的落实
- Lead and push the lean manufacturing about safety, quality, efficiency and cost. 带领并推动针对安全、质量、效率、成本方面的持续改善
These are the skills you'll need
- Bachelor degree (major in assembly and other related ) 本科学历（机械或电子类专业）
- 8+ year work experience in machinery industry.8年以上机械行业背景
- 5+year work experience in complete machine.5年以上整机行业
- Be familiar with sheet metal and machining .精通钣金与金加工
- Be excellent at English skill, independently communicate. 良好的英语技能，能够进行独立沟通
- SAP skill is necessary, be familiar with related CAD. 具备使用SAP的能力，熟练使用CAD
- Be familiar with tools and fixtures in manufacturing process. 熟悉装配制造过程中的常用工具和工装
