In 2007, Bühler (Wuxi) Commercial Co., Ltd. was established in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. We lead the market in grain handling and processing, consumer food manufacturing, and grinding and dispersion with our advanced technology advantages. We have several independent application centers and customer service centers for milling, pasta, color sorting, consumer food, grinding and dispersion, providing integrated solutions for multiple industry chains.

- Lead regional quality processes to ensure quality targets achievement for the business area Milling Solutions, with a strong focus on quality improvement along the whole value chain.
- Coordinate and execute MS improvement projects within the region.
- Develop and foster quality awareness, and continuous improvement mindset, into the organization.
- Enable and coach of quality methods and tools.
- Conduct the BA Quality Assurance through M2M, C2C quality gates reviews.
- Conduct the BA Quality Assurance through regular product and process audits.
- Drive and coordinate the regional complaints into the 8D process for sustainable problem solving.
- Cultivate and fostering a culture of cooperation within the region between: MLS / SAS for BA specific Q-topics.
- Generate regular quality assessment reports (8D trends, cost of poor quality, etc.).
- Leading the local team (personnel responsibility).
- Strengthen IPQC ttogether with MLS.
- Support ML to improve product quality and supplier management.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Engineering).
- Technical education ideally in food processing applications/machines.
- Local language and fluent English. Other foreign languages advantageous.
- Broad knowledge of the ISO9001 standard certification, preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience in a leading quality position.
- Audit / supplier audit capabilities.
- Technical background and mechanical design experience is plus
- Leadership attitude and passion for motivating others.
- Ability to identify and analyze problems, to develop solution strategies for customers.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to act successfully in an intercultural environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Result driven and customer oriented.
- Good communication skill.
- Willingness to travel ~20%
