- Develop products according to the Buhler M2M (Market to Market) process, and deliver on time with high quality
- Responsible for the development of a system independently, including preliminary market research, conception design, prototype preparation and validation to ensure the product with high competence
- Responsible for technology transfer projects from HQ, localized drawings and prototype manufacture tracking etc.
- Collaborate with manufacturing process technicians to develop manufacturable/cost-effective component structures
- Collect VOC and integrate customer's needs into product development
- Lead or support to solve the technical problem on the customer's site.
- Possess cost sense, analyze the cost of components and provide reasonable suggestions for cost optimization.
- Strengthen factory inspections, identify the manufacturing and quality problems and take actions to improve
- Collaborate in the preparation and updating of technical documents.
- Support and track the promoting of new products in the market
- Efficient communication between headquarters or other departments such as BU, procurement, etc., to ensure consistency of information
- Bachelor's Degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years working experience in mechanical field with R&D related work, project management experience is a plus.
- Familiar with Mechanical, know about Pneumatic、 Hydraulic and Electrical components.
- FEA knowledge、DFMEA is highly appreciated
- Good Knowledge in data handing、quality control 、cost analysis in mechanical related work.
- Good English oral communication, reading and writing skills.
- Efficient handing of MS Office, Windchill and 3D-CAD(Solidworks, Pro/E, UG, Inventor etc.)
- Creative thinking
- Possess integrity, reliability, proactivity and working attitude
- Willing to travel approx. 10%
- Strong learning ability and communication skills
