Senior Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager who likes having things under control - but also enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping projects moving forward even when things don't go exactly as planned.
In this role, you'll take care of international engineering projects from kickoff to handover, working closely with internal teams, partners, and customers. You'll have real responsibility, room to make decisions, and the support to do your job properly.

- You won't be doing everything yourself – but you'll make sure everything fits together.
- A technical background in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering gained through a university degree or relevant hands-on job experience is required

- Confidence in handling budget, priorities and deadlines
- A solid understanding of commercial topics (costs, margin, changes)

- Fluent English (other languages are a bonus)

- Experience from the food industry is a strong advantage
- Project management certification is a nice plus, not a must
- Most importantly: you enjoy ownership and responsibility without unnecessary drama.
📌 This position is not suitable for candidates with project management experience limited to areas such as IT, banking, insurance, or other non‑technical environments, as a Mechanical or Civil Engineering background is required.
