Shipping Coordinator
As a temporary maternity leave/Shipping Coordinator, you will become part of our team in Skovlunde, which currently consists of 3 employees. You will be responsible for coordinating all types of transport.
This position is a full-time role from November 1, 2026, until February 28, 2027.
- Booking and coordination of national and international courier, air, sea, and road transport
- Daily contact with freight forwarders and colleagues at Bühler
- Handling of spare parts orders
- Preparation and checking of export documents, invoicing, and freight rates
- Daily updating and maintenance of data in SAP (knowledge of SAP is not required)
- Training in our procedures and work processes
In addition, we imagine that you:
- Are structured, detail-oriented, and independent
- Are helpful and contribute with a positive attitude
- Can maintain an overview in a busy working day
- Having good Danish and English skills, both spoken and written
