- Lead the R&D and continuous evolution of Bühler industrial digitalization platforms, covering industrial IoT, edge-to-cloud connectivity, data services and platform applications. 负责布勒工业数字化平台的研发与持续演进，覆盖工业物联网、边云连接、数据服务及平台应用。
- Define the target architecture, technology roadmap, integration standards and key technical solutions to ensure security, scalability, reliability and maintainability. 制定目标架构、技术路线、集成标准及关键技术方案，确保平台安全性、可扩展性、可靠性和可维护性。
- Establish industrial data architecture, analytics and governance capabilities, supporting data quality, traceability, KPI analysis and data-driven applications. 建立工业数据架构、分析与治理能力，支持数据质量、批次追溯、KPI分析及数据驱动应用。
- Collaborate with product, automation, cloud, edge and business teams, manage technical risks, ensure delivery quality and coach developers on engineering best practices. 协同产品、自动化、云端、边缘端及业务团队，管理技术风险、保障交付质量，并指导开发人员落实工程最佳实践。
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Software or related major.计算机软件以及相关专业本科以上学历。
- Minimum 5 years of software R&D experience, including practical experience in industrial digitalization, industrial IoT, cloud platforms, edge computing or manufacturing software. 至少5年软件研发经验，并具备工业数字化、工业物联网、云平台、边缘计算或制造业软件的实际项目经验。
- Proven experience in architecture design for distributed systems or enterprise platforms, with the ability to balance business requirements, technical complexity, delivery cost and long-term maintainability. 具备分布式系统或企业级平台架构设计经验，能够平衡业务需求、技术复杂度、交付成本与长期可维护性。
- Hands-on experience with big-data processing and analytics, including data ingestion, stream/batch processing, time-series data, data modeling, data warehousing and analytical services. 具备大数据处理与分析实践经验，包括数据采集、流批处理、时序数据、数据建模、数据仓库分析服务。
- Experience in data governance implementation, including data classification, standards, metadata, master data, data quality, lineage, security and data lifecycle management. 具备数据治理落地经验，包括数据分类、数据标准、元数据、主数据、数据质量、数据血缘、数据安全及数据生命周期管理。
- Experience in industrial integration and protocols such as OPC UA, MQTT and Modbus, and familiarity with equipment connectivity, edge gateways and production-system integration is preferred. 具备OPC UA、MQTT、Modbus等工业集成和通信协议经验；熟悉设备连接、边缘网关及生产系统集成者优先。
- Good command of spoken and written English for global technical collaboration. 具备良好的英语口语和书面表达能力，能够开展全球技术协作。
- Strong C#/.NET software engineering skills, with experience in microservices, APIs, containers, CI/CD and Azure DevOps. 具备扎实的C#/.NET软件工程能力，熟悉微服务、API、容器、CI/CD及Azure DevOps。
- Proficient in architecture design, domain modeling, interface design and architecture governance. 熟练掌握架构设计、领域建模、接口设计及架构治理。
- Familiar with data integration, relational, NoSQL, time-series and analytical databases, and industrial cybersecurity. 熟悉数据集成、关系型、NoSQL、时序及分析型数据库，并了解工业网络安全。
- Good project management and communication skills.良好的项目管理和沟通能力。
- Confident and proactive attitude.自信和积极的态度。
- Willingness to learn new techniques and methods and use them in practice. 乐于学习新技术并运用于实践中。
