- Manage sourcing activities of indirect materials, including MICE、Capital Expense, MRO, facility management, IT and HR services
- Responsible for sourcing and supplier management, continually optimize supply base to get competitive supplier base for indirect materials
- Work with regional category manager in building and implementing sourcing and category strategy
- Lead cross function team to complete potential supplier assessment and audit, and supplier performance improvement with corrective measures
- Closely work with internal customers to specify procurement requirements including but not limited to cost target, delivery time, brand, technology, and services
- Carry out RFI and RFQ process with competitive bidding process, and negotiate best prices and other commercial terms together with internal stakeholders
- Implement supplier contract to mitigate all potential supply and legal risks
- Complete subsequent purchasing activities timely including purchase order release, supplier delivery follow up and payment process
- Ensure supply and service continuous improvement, for business needs as well as internal customer service
- Establish the price database of indirect material, take lead on category annual cost saving initiatives and meet the objective.
- First degree: Bachelor
- PMP or CPSM is preferred
- 5-7 years' working experience in multinational companies, with head office experience is plus.
- 5-7 years' working experience for MICE category purchasing.
- 5-7 years' experience of indirect materials purchasing in an equipment manufacturing environment or similar.
- Be familiar with the purchasing of MRO, factory civil engineering, property leasing, equipment and plant maintenance, and administration consumables, etc.
- Advanced Sourcing methods (TCO, cost breakdown, negotiations skills, supplier selection, development, and relationship management)
- Good knowledge of project management, contract law, risk avoidance
- Good knowledge of the company operations, such as logistic, finance, production, quality, and R&D
- Good software/ system skills – excel, word, PowerPoint, SAP
- Language：CET6
- Self-driven and apt to take decisions
- Presentation and representations skills
- Have the capability to lead a cross function team to achieve the target
- Personal commitment and result oriented
- Cross functional, holistic and logic thinking and action taking
- Good execution and provide feedback in time
- Able to work under the pressure
- Good communication skills with influencing and convincing
