Team Leader - Customer Service
Bühler Group in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a passionate and results-driven professional to join our team as Team Leader – Customer Service (Service Agreements). This role would be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Bühler Service Agreements, including renewals, contract execution, order processing, invoicing coordination, and ongoing contract administration. In addition, the position will be accountable for ensuring that all service agreements are handled in compliance with internal policies and customer requirements, while driving timely order booking, accurate documentation, and effective follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage all Buhler Service Agreements, across the business.
- Own Buhler Service Agreements renewals, ensuring timely follow-up and successful closure.
- Ensure proper execution of Buhler Service Agreements in line with agreed scope and commitments.
- Lead and guide team members involved in service agreement activities.
- Follow internal guidelines and ORM policy to ensure compliance.
- Oversee complete contract management, including order booking, contract execution, invoicing, documentation, and tracking.
- Maintain margins in all Buhler Service Agreements and ensure agreements remain commercially viable.
- Drive strategic growth of Buhler Service Agreements to achieve the annual budget.
- Ensure smooth delivery of services under each agreement.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with Area Service Managers to identify opportunities and grow Buhler Service Agreements business.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in service agreements or services business, preferably within the manufacturing or process industry.
- Solid hands-on experience with ERP systems, such as SAP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
