Team Manager, Automation
            Manage and lead a team of engineers responsible for executing Automation projects, as well as Automation Retrofit. Ensure the delivery of all required engineering services within the defined schedule and quality standards, while maintaining compliance with Bühler directives and EHS regulations. 
Oversee all technical interfaces with the customer, including specifications for subcontracted supplies. Act as the primary point of contact for the Project Director and Project Manager in matters related to automation specialization. 
        
- Lead the project team on complex or difficult projects, overseeing all technical aspects related to automation specialization.
- Maintain resource pool & staff projects effectively

- Participate in Project Reviews as support of the Project Manager/ Director if required.
- Participate in Automation Kick off meetings, and ensure the team understands the deliverables and intensity of the project.
- Arrange and lead internal and external design reviews
- Actively participate in project meetings with cross - functional team members, suppliers, and/or customers
- Support Project Manager to ensure a proper project execution according the Bühler Project Management process and provide technical support in case of Claims and Deviations
- Responsible for the technical design of complex plants, approves deliverables to ensure that design will meet the customers' expectations
- Prepare all necessary project execution specifications for purchase orders for the responsible scope of work
- Track schedules to ensure his parts of the projects are executed completely and on time. Prioritize and manage work hours to support budgeted hours and scheduled due dates for projects. Mitigate in engineering to ensure on time placement of purchase orders without any subsequent deliveries
- Responsible for the assigned budget of his part of the project, including cost and quality of subcontracted design services
- Bachelor's degree in Automation / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- At least 10 years' relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years working experience as Lead Project Engineer in industrial automation and electrical installation / commissioning on customer site
- Experience in Siemens programming software (Step7, Tia Portal) for PLC S7 300/400/1500, HMI touchscreen, SCADA system programming and commissioning at customer manufacturing site
- Strong planning, organizing and priority setting skills, with a proven ability to manage teams
- Fluent verbal & written in English
