Responsibilities

  • Create accurate quotations for spare parts, service maintenance, service contracts and others related customer services offerings for existing Bühler customers as well as  new inquiry for non Bühler customer. 
  • Efficiently manage warranty claims and coordinate  resolutions. 
  • Check delivery dates and initiate action to meet client promise
  • Identify required parts with the support of the service technicians and place orders with relevant internal or external  suppliers. 
  • Record all customer inquiries and potential leads by creating  CRM opportunities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency  as well as weekly following up with customers.  
  • Consult with the technical service team to troubleshoot or resolve complex customer issues. 
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships to enhance  customer satisfaction and loyalty with the final aim to secure  the order with the customers 
  • Implement strategies to increase customer service sales and  customer engagement. 
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,  Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service or sales roles, preferably within the industrial or technical sectors
  • Strong in customer service role
  • SAP / CRM knowledged would be adventage
  • Good in problem solving
  • Good written adn verbal commincation in English
