Summary

As a Sales Manager for Human Nutrition (HN), your primary objective will be to prepare, coordinate, and close sales by establishing and nurturing customer relationships, all while driving market growth to maximize sales profits.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales and business development for single machines, plants, and projects, including spare parts and service contracts within the Human Nutrition (HN) and Pet Foods Processing sectors, covering all customers in Thailand and providing support to the sub-region.
  • Properly manage and address the information flow from customers to internal departments who are involved in the chain of process e.g. Quotation, Engineering, Technology, Customer Service and Administration
  • Identify and establish fruitful and successful partnerships with resellers and/or agents in Thailand and across the Sub-Region (Laos)
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits and phone calls.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and manage the sales budget.
  • Provide comprehensive market analysis and competitor insights, and create customer mappings.
  • Achieve Buhler objectives by customers visits planning, accurate sales forecasting with the goal to meet and overtake the order intake and revenue objectives
  • Prepare sales forecast and manage sales budget
  • Comply to Buhler guidelines particularly for pricing, contract, payment terms and code of conduct
  • Present products, solutions and quotations, negotiate and conclude contracts aiming for the best company profit and customer satisfaction
  • Provide market know-how and full overview, including competitors' analysis and be able to create the customer mapping
  • Active and accurate managing and using of CRM tools with all its aspects
  • Coordinate with the line manager for regional business solutions and be responsible for sales expenses

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Mechanical / Industrial / Food Engineering or related fields
  • 2 years of experience in Human nutrition or pet foods industry or similar will be special considered
  • English level: business  
  • Excellence technical backgroup in engineering 
  • Willingness to travel within sales area as well as oversea
