Summary

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a knack for coordinating essential services? We are seeking a Quotation & Service Coordinator Specialist who excels in gathering detailed information to address customers' requests for spare parts and service maintenance quotations. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by meticulously preparing quotations and efficiently coordinating with both customers and Field Service Engineers to schedule and process maintenance services. Job Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
  • Identification of spare parts
  • Create complete client quotations & support order processing for spare parts and service maintenance products
  • Processing of return of materials and quality control procedures for spare parts
  • Processing of technical & commercial inquiries including feedback and escalation as needed
  • Work with bill of materials & parts list and technical drawings of products
  • Co-operation with second level support in the quotation process
  • Advise clients regarding the function and use of spare parts  
  • Scheduling and tracking costs of service maintenance orders for invoicing and reporting
  • Providing field service engineers with necessary work assignment information like schedules, product, contact information
  • Process timesheets
  • Handles incoming calls from customers and colleagues
  • Maintains department schedule

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required 
  • Technical education is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience within customer service, manufacturing, installation or service, sales
  • Sound PC and software knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office), SAP (SD Module, Stock, Purchasing
  • Works collaboratively within a group in order to achieve a common goal
  • Utilizes effective approaches for choosing a course of action for developing appropriate solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and relationship building skills to effectively work with a variety of people and personalities; able to communicate clearly and effectively in person and in writing internally and externally
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and make decisions independently, effectively, and creatively within established company guidelines oral and written communication 
  • Presents information, analysis, and ideas in writing in a clear and concise manner; speaks clearly so that others can hear and understand what is being said
  • Assures the effectiveness of the company by assessing employee training and development needs in areas relative to the accomplishment of the position’s assigned duties
  • High developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Fluency in English mandatory with bilingual skills desirable
