Buhler Group in Casablanca, Morocco is looking for a passionate Project Controller to join our Project Execution Team, this position is responsible for providing financial guidance to operational teams to successfully execute from Orders Released to Project Closing for the assigned projects’ portfolio. 

During the project cycle, update, measure, analyse and report costs and revenues, performance and development. a strong contributor to the worldwide project controlling community.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Support Project Managers and contribute to prepare the Monthly Project Reviews, analyse and discuss the projects’ performances.
  • Perform costs variance analyses and you develop strategies and recovery plans to optimize costs and revenues.
  • Co-responsible for the forecasting process, together with the Project Managers. Support calculation and reporting of cost-to-complete. 
  • Updat changes in the Bühler project control systems in a timely manner (Bühler Project Management cockpit in alignment with SAP project financials).
  • On a weekly basis, work-off on costs and revenue rolling forecast of project portfolio.
  • work closely with controlling and accounting departments to ensure accurate costs allocation. 
  • Timely and systematically close orders of projects’ portfolio after full completion. 
  • Follow up warranty costs.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses. 
  • Contribute to secure feedback to Sales and Quotation phase & other projects.

 

Qualifications

  • University degree in finance or Bachelor from university of applied science. 
  • Fluent in English, knowledge in German is a plus. 
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in accounting or controlling departments. 
  • Good accounting know-how. 
  • Very good knowledge of SAP (PS, FI, CO) / BW / MS Office (Excel and Power Point).
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects at one time.
