Aufgaben

Experimentelle Entwicklung einer Guideline für die Minimierung des Acrylamid-Gehalts von industriellen Waffelprodukten
Zusammenarbeit mit den erforderlichen Fachabteilungen bei der selbstständigen Versuchsdurchführung sowie der Interpretation der Ergebnisse

Qualifikationen

Laufendes Masterstudium im Fachbereich Lebensmittel- und Biotechnologie oder verwandte Studienrichtungen
Zulassung zur Abfassung einer Masterthesis an der BOKU Wien
Interesse und gegebenenfalls auch erste Erfahrungen im Bereich industrielle Backprozesse
Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit im Team, Engagement sowie eine verlässliche, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

Vergütung

Das Praktikum ist auf 6 Monate befristet und basiert auf einer 38,5 Wochenstundenbasis. Das kollektivvertragliche monatliche Bruttoentgelt für dieses Praktikum beträgt EUR 1.841,04.
