Area Sales Manager (GF)

As Area Sales Manager for Australia and the rest of Oceania, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing your assigned Business Areas under Grains & Food through strategic initiatives and excellent customer relationships. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Foster solid relationships with current customer base

  • Develop and expand the business for the assigned BAs/BUs

  • Interface with different stakeholders involved in the sales process, as well as provide necessary support during the sales cycle

  • Identify and segment customers’ target groups in the addressable market

  • Monitor markets and report respective intelligence

  • Implement strategic market initiatives, proactive selling of assigned product portfolio/s

Qualifications

  • Technical or Business degree, or related technical and/or business certification relevant to the position

  • Minimum of five years experience in a similar function, with solid technical knowledge of the assigned business areas

  • Extensive industry knowledge of Bühler portfolio, and similar competitors’ products and services, relevant for the business area

  • Good experience and familiarity with commercial environment and complex negotiations
