The wage for this position is $18/hr.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and assisting with interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records and HR documents.
- Help with updating and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.
- Work on assigned on-going and as-needed HR projects.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and events.
- Oversee and manage the Buhler Intern project.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team on various projects.
- Address employee inquiries and provide general information regarding HR policies.
- Assist in benefit and payroll related matters.
- Participate in HR meetings and contribute to team discussions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
