As a Human Resources Intern, you'll provide crucial support to our HR department, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of HR functions. The wage for this position is $18/hr.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and assisting with interviews. 
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with orientation sessions. 
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records and HR documents. 
  • Help with updating and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and handbooks. 
  • Work on assigned on-going and as-needed HR projects. 
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and events. 
  • Oversee and manage the Buhler Intern project. 
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team on various projects. 
  • Address employee inquiries and provide general information regarding HR policies. 
  • Assist in benefit and payroll related matters.  
  • Participate in HR meetings and contribute to team discussions. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 
  • Ability to maintain confidential information. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
