Summary
As a Quotation Team Supervisor in our Customer Service Quotations department, you will oversee key functions to ensure efficient operations, strategic growth, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role involves leading a team, optimizing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and driving team members to meet expectations. You will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement, ensuring quality and compliance, and enhancing the department's overall performance.
The compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver responsiveness to customer requests per target
- Achieve on time delivery per target
- Deliver spare parts profitability goals per order
- Provide training, coaching and mentoring to team members on processes and improvements
- Support and drive the growth of the department and business
- Ensure team members are following up with any delivered quotations to drive customers to purchase
- Run and monitor reports to ensure team and department are on track with KPI’s
- Engages and ensures team engagement with stakeholders in a positive manner
- Ensures teams utilize existing documentation for product knowledge and manage exceptions through the change management process
- Provide a high level of communication to internal and external customers
- Improve customer satisfaction
- Model appropriate behaviours and lead by example for team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 2-year program in business, manufacturing, engineering technology or equivalent preferred
- +4 years of customer service experience, with +2 years experience managing a team
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Experience using ERP systems, SAP preferred
- Demonstrates leadership as an effective role model for the department in tasks both internal and external to the company
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and relationship building skills
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and make decisions independently, effectively, and creatively within established company guidelines
- Understands confidential nature of organizational and employee information and observes confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to plan, prioritize, coordinate, delegate, and manage work simultaneously
- Ability to identify, evaluate, problem solve, and give direction regarding problem resolutions for individual and company issues
- Creates an orderly and efficient work environment through supervision of the team
- Assures the effectiveness of the company by assessing employee training and development needs
- Speaks and understands English
