We are seeking a Spare Parts Delivery Manager to join the team! Job Responsibilities
- Fulfilment of the client promise for spare and wear parts orders.
- Plan and secure that the order is at the right place at the right time.
- Check delivery dates and initiate action to meet client promise.
- Fulfil all promises and commitments to the Client by accurately planning and securing
- stock Manufacturing- and procured Items.
- Continuous feedback to the Client regarding status and deviation of promised delivery date.
- Secure and keep client promise.
- Set priorities for client deliveries.
- Close working relations with Procurement, Stores and ML.
- Make informed decision and knowing the consequences for the customer.
- Must arrive at work predictably and promptly.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Further education is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within customer service, manufacturing, or supply chain.
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP system strongly preferred.
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Leads by example for team tasks, both inside and outside the company.
- Collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals.
- Uses good judgment and problem-solving skills to find appropriate solutions.
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse personalities; communicates clearly in person and in writing, both internally and externally.
- Works independently with minimal supervision; makes effective and creative decisions within company guidelines.
- Communicates information and ideas clearly and concisely in writing and speech.
- Maintains high integrity and prioritizes customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
