Spare Parts Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Spare Parts Delivery Manager to join the team! Job Responsibilities

• Fulfilment of the client promise for spare and wear parts orders.
• Plan and secure that the order is at the right place at the right time.
• Check delivery dates and initiate action to meet client promise.
• Fulfil all promises and commitments to the Client by accurately planning and securing
• stock Manufacturing- and procured Items.
• Continuous feedback to the Client regarding status and deviation of promised delivery date.
• Secure and keep client promise.
• Set priorities for client deliveries.
• Close working relations with Procurement, Stores and ML.
• Make informed decision and knowing the consequences for the customer.
• Must arrive at work predictably and promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Further education is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience within customer service, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP system strongly preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Leads by example for team tasks, both inside and outside the company.
• Collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals.
• Uses good judgment and problem-solving skills to find appropriate solutions.
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse personalities; communicates clearly in person and in writing, both internally and externally.
• Works independently with minimal supervision; makes effective and creative decisions within company guidelines.
• Communicates information and ideas clearly and concisely in writing and speech.
• Maintains high integrity and prioritizes customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
