Summary
Buhler Group in Uganda is looking for an experienced professional to join our team as Sales Manager for Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and South Sudan. This position will be responsible to strengthens the company’s business in the region and ensure the development of our customer base, implementation of business strategy and achieving business targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify new sales prospects, develop strong relationship with existing customer base & win new customers.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and product knowledge.
- Provide necessary technical advice in specialization to customers in the market territory.
- Develops in-house and external specialists, customize concepts and ensures an effective project and quotation preparation.
- Develop and expand the Buhler market presence in the assigned region.
- Understand customer needs - Analysis of the demand for Bühler offerings/ solutions.
- Implementation of strategic market initiatives, proactive selling of retrofits and further development of market segment related to standard plant solutions.
- Build strong stakeholder management at all levels & implement Key Account Management.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns and queries.
- Ensure that client data in CRM is up to date.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management.
- Higher technical education with further training in Sales will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in a similar industry.
- Fluent communication skill in English language.
