Field Service Coordinator Trainee

Summary

Buhler Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking for a is looking for a self-motivated professional to join our Service team as Field Service Coordinator Trainee. This position is responsible for all aspects of coordinating of field service including scheduling, staffing assignments and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction with all on-site work.

Job Responsibilities

• Organize the activities of technical service engineers and supports execution of services.
• Coordinate with Area Service Managers/Customer Service Managers and Project Managers for scheduling of resources at job sites.
• Dispatch personnel to the customer’s job site, communicating with clients, internal and external stakeholders, and guide the field service technicians.
• Maintain master data of SAP field service engineers scheduling system and coordinate travel arrangements for them.
• Ensure that the appropriate staff are on hand to complete work on time and according to customer expectations by interfacing with field workers, clients, third-party suppliers, and field coordinators ensure the smooth operation of field activities, including field safety and work quality.
• Tracks and documents change orders to ensure proper billing at project completion.

• Record keeping and arrangement of field service engineers’ skills and training requirements.
• Develop written reporting procedures for all field service work performed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 0-2 years’ working experience in the field of specialization
• Fluent communication skill in English language
