Job Responsibilities

 

 

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers in the flour milling industry
  • Identify and understand customer needs and technical requirements for parts, services and single machines
  • Develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet client-specific requirements, with a strong focus on our short-cycle business
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to customers for parts, services and single machines.
  • Address technical questions, concerns and complaints from customers
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in technology

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Manufacturing within the Food Processing Industries, preferably in the Flour Milling Industry.
  • Familiar with Business Development and Flour Milling Business is advantage
  • Former plant, maintenance, or operation manager from Buhler or Non Buhler customer in Milling Industries
  • English proficiency at a conversational level in a business working environment
  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and Process Engineering
