Summary

Our team is developing and operating myBühler, our customer portal platform on which our customers can access a range of services related to the products and solutions they have purchased.
myBühler is Bühler's official award winning customer portal. In myBühler, customers find all their Bühler equipment, as well as corresponding information such as operational manuals or spare part catalogs. Among many other features, myBühler offers a personalized online shop where customers can get quotations and order spare parts, request service engineers, or get in touch with Bühler.

Job Responsibilities

  • In a scaled agile setup, together with the Scrum team you ensure continuous value delivery alongside the overall vision and roadmap.
  • You collaborate closely with stakeholders within the Bühler organization, customers, and Product Owners from other Scrum teams to understand and refine requirements and to find value adding solutions.
  • You own and manage the feature backlog, define user stories, and manage dependencies to other DevOps teams.
  • You consult Bühler business partners in how to create valuable products and services based on the platform capabilities you and your team provide.

Qualifications

  • You possess a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration (University, FH, HF), and/or have equivalent professional experience as a Project Manager/Product Owner.
  • You have several years of professional experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager for software products.
  • You have a solid background in applying agile methods and the Scrum framework, as well as in using tools for managing backlogs and requirements (e.g., Azure DevOps). Experience with the SAFe framework is a plus
  • You have a strong affinity for high-quality user experience and user interface design.
  • You are focused on built-in quality and have experience with continuous delivery.
  • You have experience with eCommerce platforms and with SAP is a plus
  • You are fluent in English. Fluency in German highly desirable
  • You have very good communication skills and the ability to mobilize people without direct authority.
