Job Responsibilities
- You implement the sales targets of the Business Unit "Human Nutrition" together with the local sales teams in the assigned regions.
- You advise the sales teams in the respective branches on technical, technological, and commercial issues and develop customer-specific concepts, involving internal and external specialists.
- You are responsible for the technical leadership and coordination of the sales process for pasta and extrusion plants by involving the local sales teams.
- You support, train, and further develop our local service and sales organizations in the assigned area.
- You acquire, develop, and maintain customer and business relationships and represent the company convincingly.
- You ensure the required market transparency (market potential, competitor activities, customer behavior, etc.) and communicate market needs and trends to product management.
- You understand the needs of our current and future customers, identify potential markets, and develop new solutions in collaboration with product management.
Qualifications
- You have a technical education (FH, university, or HF is desirable) as well as relevant commercial further education in business administration, marketing, or sales.
- You have professional experience in international sales of capital goods as well as knowledge in the food industry or in the field of process engineering or engineering.
- You possess strong intercultural competencies.
- You are a charismatic and entrepreneurial sales personality with strong customer orientation and multicultural understanding.
- You possess excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and diplomacy.
- You have business-fluent German and English language skills. Additional languages such as French are an advantage.
- You are highly flexible and resilient, and willing to travel for approximately 30% of your working time.
