Diese Position ist befristet auf 18 Monate.

Aufgaben

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Koordination und Organisation von Präsenz- und Online Schulungsmassnahmen für Bühler Mitarbeitende weltweit
Sie buchen und bereiten Schulungsräumlichkeiten in Uzwil und Umgebung vor
Sie stehen im regelmässigem Austausch mit internen Schulungsanbietern und übernehmen die Kommunikation mit den Kursteilnehmern und Trainern in Englisch und Deutsch
Sie pflegen Schulungsmassnahmen auf der internen Lernplattform (Cornerstone), wie beispielsweise das Führen von Teilnehmerlisten und das Erstellen und Auswerten von Schulungsfeedbacks
Sie haben Freude an der Aufbereitung von Weiterbildungscontrolling-Daten und Erstellung von Reportings und Präsentationen
Sie sind verantwortlich für die interne Kurskostenverrechnung in SAP
Sie unterstützen aktiv in Learning & Development-Projekten

Erforderliche Qualifikationen

Kaufmännische Grundausbildung bevorzugt mit Berufserfahrung in der Personaladministration
Fliessend in Englisch und Deutsch
Strukturierte, detailorientierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
Erfahren im Umgang mit einem Learning Management System (idealerweise Cornerstone)
Stark ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
Fähigkeit, schnell und effektiv auf auftretende Herausforderungen zu reagieren und geeignete Lösungen zu finden
