Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Follow company strategy, enhance the market penetration and implement the Business strategy;
- Assist to define and implement New channel (3rd party channel, E-Commerce, Inside sales etc.) marketing middle term and long term strategy to enable sustainable business growth ( Volume and profitability)
- Help Drive channel sales, including short cycle business and project under BU support;
- Support channel on the marketing Exhibition and event, sales training, product training and others;
- Optimize and build channel management mechanism;
- Develop and train people in the team and establish continuous succession plan for key person/position;
- Manage and control expense in organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor or above in Marketing/ business development or related;
- More than 3 years’ experience in new channel sales management;
- High level of independence and competence of managing complex business
- Good at business negotiation;
- Analytical skills, able to produce and combine quantitative inputs and data;
- Sound EN skills (both writing and spoken);
- Influencing skills (with or without authority;
- Energize team;
- Good at decision-making;
- Good ethic;
- With good creditability, adaptability, accountability etc;
- Structured thinking, Result-oriented, Customer oriented and Team player;
- Good communication skill;
- Positive can-do attitude with willingness and ability to learn new skills;
- Full of energy;
- Having Food or Grain Technology or Engineering background will be preferred.
