In 2007, Bühler (Wuxi) Commercial Co., Ltd. was established in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. Job Responsibilities

• Analyze the cost components of machine and parts, provide reasonable suggestions for cost optimization.

• Obtain and evaluate quotation from suppliers for components.

• Join the development of project with headquarter R&D team.

• Control cost through local design and type selection etc.

• Responsible for the development of a system independently. (Consisting of several units, including preliminary market research, conception design, prototype and spare parts manufacture etc.)

• Responsible for technology transfer projects from HQ, localized drawings and prototype manufacture tracking etc.

• Improve and update the existing machines according to customer’s need.

• Review the standards that apply to the processes and systems, including safety standards, and ensure they are respected.

• Support the project fulfillment team in the execution of the projects under way.

• Collaborate in the preparation of technical documents.

• Lead or support to solve the technical problem on the customer’s site.

• Analyze customer needs in order to offer appropriate cost solution.

• Evaluate the cost and timeline related to the design and manufacturing of the options requested by the customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related field.

• At least 5 years working experience in mechanical field. 

• Familiar with Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic components and Electrical components.

• Good Knowledge in data handing and cost analysis in mechanical related work.

• Good English oral communication, reading and writing skills.

• Efficient handing of MS Office, SAP and 3D-CAD(Solidworks, Pro/E, UG, Inventor etc.)

• Strong learning ability and communication skills.

• Willing to travel approx. 10%.
