Summary

Job Responsibilities

Project responsibility from Pre-sale phase to execution phase and then to project final acceptance including transfering customer’s requirements,purchasing order confirmation,engineering or technical points approval etc.
Accountable for quality, delivery and costs for the project to achieve the defined goals
Communications leader for the project needs
Follow up Buhler project management method including maintenance project date in SAP,BPM(Buhler Project Management system) etc.
Works with Department Managers to ensure the best possible project flow
Project status reporting
Project master file completion
Project change management
Lead internal or external project meeting and output meeting report.
International & domestic travel as required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above or other equivalent training experience in chemical industry
Work in engineering company ≥2 years engineering or process design work and ≥3 years project management work.
5 years of professional project management experience is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience working in cross-function project team
Ability to manage customer relations
Highly developed computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiar with using AutoCAD
