Summary

Job Responsibilities

​​​​​1.Document review文件审核 

  • Review of employee travel reimbursement documents审核员工差旅报销文件 

2.Cash management现金管理 

  • Manage bank accounts, including open/close accounts, information maintenance (if there are changes), annual review, KYC, etc.管理银行账户，包括开立/关闭账户、信息维护（如有变更）、年度审查、KYC等 
  • Foreign exchange settlement business外汇结算业务 

3.Cooperation and communication合作和沟通 

  • Support internal controls and external compliance processes related to finance, e.g. audit requirements, SAFE inspections, annual bank account checks, etc. 支持与财务相关的内部控制和外部合规流程，例如审计要求、国家外汇局检查、年度银行账户核对等。 
  • Make reasonable suggestions to optimize existing processes; Complete the workbook for your position. 提出合理建议以优化现有流程；完成岗位所需的工作簿。 
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor. 执行主管分配的其他任务。

 

Qualifications

  • College students majoring in finance, accounting, economics or related fields大学本科学历，金融、会计、经济或相关专业
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, able to handle complex financial data具备出色的分析和解决问题能力，能够处理复杂的财务数据
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with team and other departments良好的沟通和人际交往能力，能够与团队和其他部门合作
  • Attention to detail, high sense of responsibility and work ethic注重细节，具有高度责任感和职业道德
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments适应快速变化环境的能力
