- Fulfill normal customer application trial and internal trial, written report available完成实验室的客户应用测试及内部研发试验，并完成书面报告
- Communicate with customer, join in related conference, get better understanding of the battery industry, in order to help sales develop new customer与客户进行技术交流，参加行业会议，了解行业动态，帮助销售人员开发新客户
- Production line onsite coordination, commissioning, process improvement, results follow up, and written report生产线现场协调，设备测试，工艺改进，结果跟踪，书面报告
- Built joint with sales, CS, and Engineering group in order to ensure the smoothness of operation and to achieve the production line与销售，服务和工程团队进行对接, 实现项目的正常运行
- Communicate with headquarter and global RADEC, update product knowhow与总部及全球应用开发中心进行技术交流，更新产品知识。
- Bachelor's or higher degree，Chemical, mechanical or a related background本科及以上学历，有化学或机械相关背景
- At least 1 years of working experience1年或以上工作经验
- Familiarity with advanced Li-ion battery production technologies is preferred, especially with experience in project design, equipment commissioning, and operation within the lithium battery industry.熟悉锂离子电池先进生产工艺，尤其具备锂电行业项目设计、设备调试及运行经验者优先。
- Experience in laboratory operations or process development is preferred.有实验室操作或工艺开发经验者优先。
- Good English in writing and speaking.良好的英语读写能力。
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.熟悉 Microsoft Word、Excel 和 Outlook 等常用办公软件。
- Hard working,strong practical ability吃苦耐劳，有较强的动手能力
- Good team-working and capability of working independently. 有团队精神及独立工作能力
- Good at find out problems, analyze the reason and solve problems善于发现问题，分析原因并解决问题
- Strong initiative and learning willingness.较强的主动性和学习精神
- Strong ability to work under pressure and willing to travel long-term有很强的抗压能力并且愿意长期出差
- Good at data analysis and logical reasoning善于数据分析，逻辑推理
- Communication skills, service oriented and strong sense of responsibility良好的沟通及服务技巧，有责任心
