- Follow Buhler M2M process, lead new product development from kick-off to mass production, translate VOC into requirements, own technical specification definition, design, simulation, development and validation.
- Develop assemblies and complete machines aligned with automation/hydraulic/technical/manufacturing/and cost requirements, deliver full set of production documents including 3D CAD models/manufacturing drawings/product BOM/technical documents.
- Work cross-functionally with HQ design team, supply chain /quality/customer service to support component development, supplier audit and in-process quality control.
- Follow global engineering standards, correctly apply drawing specifications, basic ISO GPS, tolerance stack-up analysis and configuration control to guarantee consistent, compliant technical outputs.
- Mechanical Life cycle management for exiting products, maintenance existing products, support production and customer for any technical requests and develop solutions on it.
- Lead cross-functional product technical problems solve or 8D, lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to secure stable production and delivery.

- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical design or Bachelor's degree, more than 7 years' relative working experience in mechanical;Master's degree, more than 5 years' relative working experience in mechanical
- Independently design a machine or part of system
- Technical responsibility for the products assigned
- Well familiar with full production routing process, master properties of different engineering raw materials, sheet metal forming specifications, and technical standards of core mechanical assembly methods like bolted joints.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, skilled in mainstream 3D CAD tools (Creo and UG, etc.), working experience on Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is a strong plus.
- Familiar with mechanical structure design, mechanical principles and mechanical calculation
- Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing process
- Good English in both oral and written, capable of completing English technical documentation and cross-border technical communication independently, collaborate with global team.
- Pneumatic/Hydraulic/Electrical knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to independently think, make and execute problem solving proposals
- Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of problems and create alternative solutions
- Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques
- Good project management and risk management skill
- High ability to work independently, High sense of responsibility
- Creativeness for driving innovative solutions, Strong analytical skills
- Team player and good communication skills for communication on all hierarchical levels internal as well as external
- Willing to Lean
- Readiness for business trip on customer/supplier side
