Commercial Manager Business Area Grinding & Dispersing
In the Business Area Grinding & Dispersing, innovative process solutions are developed using wet grinding and dispersing for the production of, for example, printing inks, chemicals & cosmetics, or lithium-ion batteries. As part of the finance and commercial team you secure the commercial knowledge across all regions for the business area Grinding & Dispersing.
- You create and implement commercial concepts for customer projects
- You lead commercial negotiations with customers and suppliers and you develop contracts and agreements in collaboration with other specialist departments
- You ensure compliance with Operational Risk Management (ORM)
- You optimize and standardize processes in your area of responsibility
- You participate in strategy and corporate projects in the Grinding & Dispersing area
- Completed degree (FH, HF) in business administration/law or commercial training with relevant further education (e.g., export manager, advanced professional examination, etc.)
- Several years of professional experience in a similar environment as well as very good understanding of international contract law and export financing aspects (including taxes, trade affairs and sanctions, compliance, logistics, etc.)
- Strong social skills as well as diplomacy and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel internationally for business (approx. 10%)
- High degree of independence, assertiveness, stress resistance, and resilience
