Controls Application & Quotations Specialist
Responsible for developing control quotations, coordinating project execution, and providing technical support through a customer and field service help desk.
• Supports global product software changes through quotation development, project execution, and customer communication.
• Supports global product schematic updates through quotation development, project execution, and customer communication.
• Provides immediate technical assistance and troubleshooting support via telephone to customers and Field Service Technicians.
• Operates the customer and field service technical support help desk.
• Excellent ability to read and analyze engineering drawings
• Excellent Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain positive composure in stressful situations
• Demonstrated knowledge of industrial controls, electronic, hydraulic and mechanical systems
• In depth knowledge of BuhlerPrince's policies, procedures, systems and products
