This is where you'll excel
- Managing and leading a team of technician required for the installation of medium projects. (type B projects) He is responsible for the planning, preparation and execution of the installation su-pervision, within scope of work associated to the assigned project. Ensuring compliance with Bühler related directives and OHS standards. 管理和领导一支负责中型项目（B类项目）安装的技术团队。该岗位负责在所分配项目的工作范围内，规划、准备和执行安装监督工作，确保遵守布勒相关指令和职业健康安全标准。
- The personnel assigned is fully acquainted with the site specific rules, safety regulations and environmental protection measures and that they perform their work accordingly.确保所派人员充分了解现场的具体规则、安全规定和环境保护措施，并据此开展工作。
- Perform installation according to the specifications and engineering documents, taking into account the safety instructions, environmental protection measures and local regulations.根据技术规范和工程文件进行安装，同时遵守安全指示、环境保护措施和当地法规。
- All available tools and aids are utilized in order to achieve the goals of his/ her assignment and as well to strive for continuous plant improvements and cost reduction. 充分利用所有可用工具和辅助设备，以实现其任务目标，并致力于持续改进和降低成本。
- Monitors progress of construction against the program, and takes steps to ensure the program is achieved. Initiates as required mitigation/ preventive actions to achieve target program timely with the support of the Site Manager or Project Manager.对照进度计划监控施工进度，并采取措施确保按计划完成。在现场经理或项目经理的支持下，根据需要采取补救/预防措施，以确保按时达成目标进度。
- Conduct or attend daily and weekly meetings with Bühler staff and subcontractors, ensure that the Site Manager and the Project Manager receive regular information updates. 主持或参加与布勒员工及分包商的每日和每周会议，确保现场经理和项目经理定期收到最新信息。
- Ensure correct behaviour and good teamwork within the installation and commissioning team in accordance with company policy and local requirements/ regulations.根据公司政策和当地要求/法规，确保安装和调试团队的行为规范和良好的团队合作。
- Manage and lead the technician team in order to achieve and further improve the cost, schedule, quality and OHS targets. 管理和领导技术团队，以实现并进一步改善成本、进度、质量和职业健康安全（OHS）目标。
- If there is no Site Manager, he acts as prime point of contact for the project with the client and contractors on site, including progress management, site organization, OHS, financial recommendations, quality control and design modifications.如果没有现场经理，他将作为项目与客户和现场承包商之间的主要联络人，负责进度管理、现场组织、职业健康与安全、财务建议、质量控制和设计修改等工作。
- Performance assessments of all member of staff reporting to him/ her are performed in accordance with current procedure.根据现行程序，对向其汇报的所有员工进行绩效评估。
- Maintaining an intensive customer relationship and a high level of customer satisfaction.保持密切的客户关系和较高的客户满意度。
- Complete on-site quality management procedures and archive quality records.完成现场质量管理程序，并归档质量记录。
- Liaise with the Project Management Office to establish, implement and maintain operating standards to ensure quality project results and customer satisfaction.与项目管理办公室协调，制定、实施和维护操作标准，以确保项目成果的质量和客户满意度。
These are the skills you'll need
- Colleague degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or Grain Process 大专以上学历，机械工程或粮食加工专业
- Above CET-4, good English skills both in oral and written 大学英语四级以上，良好的英语口语和书面交流能力
- More than 3 year equipment erection or maintenance experience in grain processing or chemical engineering industry is preferred 有三年以上粮食加工或化工行业的设备安装、维护保养经验者优先.
- Installation experienced is better. 有安装工程经验优先。
- Familiar with AutoCAD, 3D, Excel, word and Power point 熟悉CAD/MS Office 办公软件的基本操作
- Familiar with engineering flow sheets/diagrams, all kinds of drawings 熟悉工程工艺, 阅读各类工程施工图纸
- Familiar with assembling the equipment and piping connecting 熟悉设备装配和管道连接
- Strong planning and organizing skills出色的规划和组织能力
- Ability to work in a matrix organization具备在矩阵式组织中工作的能力
- Strong problem solving skills出色的问题解决能力
- Must be self-motivated and be able to motivate team members 自我激励与激励团队成员

- Experience in the chocolate, biscuits, waffle or food plant 具备巧克力或饼干或食品工厂的工作经验
- Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge and experience across multiple fields涵盖多个领域知识和经验者优先
