Lead Automation Engineer
This is where you'll excel
- Supports and advises Project Engineers on all technical belonging related to his specialization, and ensure that design will meet the customers' expectations
- Develop and implement demanding automation projects in the field of plant control systems.
- Define the software concept based on the documentation and specifications
- Project planning and controlling
- Responsibility for budget, schedule, and quality
- Program and test PLC software in accordance with standard guidelines
- Carry out commissioning of plant control systems both domestically and abroad
- Build and develop a team from ground-up, establishing foundational processes and culture
These are the skills you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Proven experience in designing and implementing automation solutions
- Strong planning, organizing and priority setting skills
- Skilled in technical documentation and specification writing
- Understanding of manufacturing principles
- Professional experience in project management
- Proficiency in English language
- Willingness to travel 30-50%
