Buhler Group in Casablanca, Morocco is looking for a passionate Project Execution Assistant  to join our team. This position is responsible for providing a comprehensive administrative, organizational, and coordination support to the Project Execution Department, and ensuring smooth daily operations across departements.

This is where you'll excel
  • Project coordination: meeting minutes, review meetings, capacity planning, customer training, and engineering contract initiation.
  • Travel and logistics: business trip arrangements, delegations, and bookings.
  • Office administration: infrastructure topics, events, supplies, postal services, Outlook, and general admin support.
  • Administrative control: invoices, licenses, timesheets, expense reports,  Hours booking ( CATS) and cost centers.
  • Employee support: onboarding planing, training follow-up, visas, and org charts.
These are the skills you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma  in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. 
  • 2 to 5 years of working experience in the similar industry.
  • Fluent communication skill in English, and French languages.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
