In 2020, Bühler Premier Tech (Wuxi) Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between the Swiss Bühler Group and the Canadian Premier Group (50% each), relying on the superior resources of Bühler and Premier, integrating their product lines and professional capabilities to make future packaging solutions more efficient through the application of automation technology, bringing the industry more cost-effective and safer semi-automatic/automatic packaging solutions.

- Work on design, develop, and maintain PLC programs for automatic machines, robot palletizer
- Partly work on the electrical wire diagram for standard products, as well as customer orders.
- Partly support the startup team at shopfloor to perform system testing, debugging, and commissioning at customer by request
- Collaborate with mechanical, pneumatic, and startup team for system integration, validation
- Prepare technical documentation, including functional descriptions, manuals, and reports
- Ensure version control of software and electrical deliverable.
- During Roadmap development, work closely with the design authority (overseas) to develop / transfer new products or new functions
- During Life cycle management, optimize the products, localize the design
- For customization, work closely with project team to develop customized solutions to match customer needs.
您需要掌握以下技能
- Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in PLC programming, electrical engineering
- 1+ years of experience in hardware engineering (electrical wire diagram)
- Experience in HMI / VFD / Servo systems, Fanuc industrial robots (or ABB, KUKA) as a plus
- Experience in performing system testing, debugging, and on-site commissioning (FAT/SAT)
- Experience to diagnose and resolve issues related to PLC, control systems, and field devices
- Experience in electrical schematic using EPLAN
- Good English communication skills for international projects
- Experience in complex automation systems or full production lines
- Proficiency in at least one major PLC platform:
- Siemens (S7-1200/1500, TIA Portal) as mandatory experience
- Rockwell (Allen-Bradley) or Beckhoff (TwinCAT) as a plus
- Familiar with industrial communication protocols:
- Profinet, Profibus, EtherNet/IP, Modbus
- Good at Hardware tool Eplan
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Systematically manage tasks activities, time, quality, cost related.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ownership & carefulness for daily work
- Willingness to travel for on-site commissioning (not too often) when required
