Bühler Group in Cairo, Egypt is looking for passionate individual to join our team as Sales Support Trainee. This is a fixed one year on the job-training program with exciting and rewarding career opportunities.

This is where you'll excel
  • Implementation of new tasks in our task management software in coordination with our customers and internal experts.
  • Actively engaging customers with our cloud mased tools.
  • Upload and maintain recommended spare parts lists for key customers in the internal systems, keep them updated to support proactive service packages.
  • Promote and activate new customer engagement features in internal system.
  • Prepare quotations, track orders, and manage documentation to support the sales team for Buhler Middle East, acting as a point of contact for routine sales-related requests.
  • Follow up on all active service projects, track progress, and provide weekly status reports on project outputs and visit results.
  • Support and coordinate campaigns for obsolete machines by rolling out successful strategies, such as rehabilitation initiatives, to all customers.
These are the skills you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in the equipment industry, including experience in the field of specialization or relevant internship experience in the respective field.
  • Strong knowledge in MS office programs/applications.
  • Fluent communication in English and Arabic Languages.
