1、根据公司的战略规划，结合市场需求制定产品开发方向，参与SCI新产品可行性进行论证和实施；
2、参与识别相关市场潜在新产品需求；
3、持续关注科技行业发展趋势，主动识别非相关市场潜在产品需求；
4、参与定期收集、整理市场信息（政策、行业、竞争情况、客户需求）；
5、参与SCI新产品（设备、核心部件及软件）开发及技术转移；
6、参与识别开发过程中的问题，并提出创新流程或方案，并督促流程或方案实施；
7、产品关键升级迭代（生命周期）；
8、参与支持市场部完成SCI新产品或核心部件市场推广工作；
9、完成上级交办的其他工作。

These are the skills you'll need
1、物理类、机械类、电子类、自动化类、光学类专业等相关专业，本科及以上学历 ；
2、具有5年以上设备制造业设备开发管理经验，3年以上高真空设备行业经验；
3、拥有物理、电气、机械、光学理论或电磁学理论基础；
4、熟悉基于热阻蒸发、电子束蒸发、磁控溅射、离子束溅射的PVD技术（至少1项）；
5、拥有高真空设备使用或设计经验；
6、英文可作为工作语言。
