Buhler Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking for a passionate professional to join our team as Service Operations Manager. This position will be responsible to lead the regional service team and develop the service business in the assigned region.

This is where you'll excel
  • Comprehend the operational requirements and expectations of clients across various sectors
  • Oversee daily activities at both regional and country levels across multiple service domains including spare parts commerce, field services, repair shop facilities, service contracts, remote assistance, and expert consultancy services
  • Guide the team to meet consumer demands and devise operational strategies for the area
  • Monitor and manage resource availability, training, and assignment in the region to ensure the profitability of the service sector
  • Collaborate closely with country heads and the sales department to achieve business objectives together
  • Enhance the service delivery proficiency within the region in accordance with strategic expansion objectives, tailoring global strategies to regional demands
  • Assess potential service market opportunities based on customer insights and broader economic indicators
  • Facilitate the introduction of new service offerings with the assistance of specialists from the business unit, aiding in their market attainment
These are the skills you'll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a leading service function in an industrial or equipment sector
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in organization development, strong decision-making ability, managing and developing people
  • Fluent communication in English, knowledge in Arabic is an added advantage
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
